Customer Service (20%): Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via Facebook Messenger. 

Administrative Support (20%): Handle paperwork, assist with documentation, and support team coordination.

Other Marketing tactics (10%): Support shootings, product launch activities, events, and in-store activations.

Analysis & Report (10%)

• Track content performance and compile basic reports.
• Conduct research, gather insights for marketing projects.
