Identify and leverage the most effective digital channels,
optimize the career site
Attract and engage mid-career professionals with specialized
skills through targeted events in collaboration with industry associations and
communities.
Coordinate and review content for digital and print
materials, including social media, website, and POSM.
Collaborate with the Communications team to manage media
engagement (Fan page, Life at ACFC...)
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements
to ensure operational excellence.
Ensure the effective use and adoption of recruitment
marketing technology and project management tools, such as HRM systems, job
sites, and recruitment websites.
Oversee management of the ACFC recruitment website.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
Your Skills and Experience
A minimum
of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the Retail, FMCG, or
F&B industry, with a strong preference for candidates with substantial
experience in Mass Recruitment.
Solid computer skills and a good working knowledge of MS
Office.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage
tasks effectively and accurately.
Professional, positive, and proactive attitude at all times.
Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of
initiative and self-motivation, while still being fully supported.
A collaborative team player, able to work well within a team
environment.
