Together with the Brand Manager/Operations Manager develop and
monitor closely the trading plan, action plan, and incentive program to achieve the sales target.
Update and prepare daily, and monthly quantitative and
qualitative reports for all stores.
Control and maintain approved annual and monthly store
budgets for retail operations.
Monitor the operations status of the stores and provide
recommendations or solutions to improve retail operations regularly to the Brand
Manager/Operations Manager.
Ensure that all operation activities are compliant with the
company’s policies, company’s procedures, and local legal frame.
Ensure all operational policies and procedures are
thoroughly communicated to all retail sales teams promptly through
emails, memos, and notices.
Work with Brand Manager, Product Assistant, and VM Executive
to establish systematic and updated training for every staff.
Monitor and control stock level and give suggestions on
extra orders or stock consolidation according to trading plan and current
performance.
Collaborate with PMD on store relocation, store re-sizing,
store renovation, and new store opening and assist with set up of store
operations.
Work with PMD on any maintenance needs according to the
brand’s standards and all issues are addressed promptly.
2. Administration Tasks:
Responsible for consolidating uniform orders for all retail
staff.
Manage the order of stationary and retail equipment
effectively.
Support for all administration work for staff sales
operations.
Attend floor for urgent situations relating to client
service.
Your Skills and Experience
At least 1 year experienced (prioritize candidates who have experiences in fashion retail or cosmetic).
College/university graduation.
Good at Microsoft Office, Excel excellence.
Integrity, honesty, carefulness.
Hard working and open to learn.
Good communication.
