Job Description
- Reading, understanding Brand Guidelines, training for VM once receive new season updated
- Well understanding about floor plan, good skill of problem solving of wall system, group fixture, shopping flow, lighting, mannequin.
- Mange VM materials, fixtures, tools...
- Develop visual presentations to push up sales through visual impact
- Working knowledge or current visual merchandising trends and best practices
- Making floor layout stores in HCM, Nha Trang, Hanoi... for every monthly campaign and promotions ( MSS, BF, EOSS, SUPER SALE...)
- Ability to analyze sales reports. survey results, propose action plan
- Good skill of PP, Excel, Video to report to Principal weekly
- Prepare and execute POSM, understand materials, provide solutions and manage budget
- Coordinate with Product, Operation, Marketing and Store Leader to discuss and proceed weekly plan
- Training and develop people
Your Skills and Experience
- Work in store with high capability over 20,000 pcs
- High knowledge of international fashion trends
- Experience in fashion retail minimum 2 years
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good English and good attitude
