Job Description

Ensure stores achieve sales target:
  • Work with BM, MKT and others departments about promotion programs/set up the price scale.
  • Execute assigned by company and line-managers in events, meetings, exhibitions,… and  ensure all promotion programs are completed and accurate.
  • Supervise daily sales target and make the daily sales statistics in order to reach the target.
  • Analyze sales data (employee, customer, sales amount, sales money, store area, cost…), forecast future sales to get the highest target.
  • Analyze tendency, taste and propose plan, carry out this plan to reach the best business
  • Report about competitor’s information (new arrival, promotion program)
  • Take responsibly for benefit, loss and other facts in business.
  • Check logically about: cost, delivery, sales, reply and communication of the internal information to reach the best performance
  • Make statistics about general business targets, share to colleagues, report to line-manager and determine which is premier matter needed to solve one by one
  • Update and maintain the realization in retail market, learn the customer’s shopping dynamic, orient the thinking of store staffs and state of competitors.
  • Create the changes to improve business according to reality

    Store Operations Management:

    1.     Goods

    • Display and control products in quantity and details, remaining in stores and warehouse.
    • Manage and arrange inventory in the warehouse tidily, logically.
    • Connect the related departments for shipping and receiving, controlling inventory in the most reasonably and effectively method.
    • Well control inventory (accurate, full and logically), propose the best reasonable decision to control inventor
    • Check money, floating money, goods-handover book, payment document for Parfois stores.

    2.     Store

    • Co-ordinate purchasing department, debit department and finance department in store operations.
    •  Supervise the maintenance, furniture repair, equipment in area and store.
    • Monitor and ensure that stores are always in clean and tidy status.

    Leadership People Management:

    • Orient sales staff to meet the daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
    • Recruit and train key personnel for operation and sales team.
    • Monitor the implementation of procedures, policies, regulations of company by staff.
    • Set up and execute the performance evaluation standards of store/employee.
    • Operate weekly/monthly meeting and train, coach employee, report problems, issue new information to all members.
    • Share experience and information to colleagues to become the best team.
    • Control and encourage all employees’ working spirit at stores.
    • Solve and report all the facts involved to personnel in store, train the potential sales staffs, make the developing plan, training and evaluation based on policy.
    • Ensure required behavior and action standards of individuals in team, make them pure and progressive working environment.
    • Check and confirm time table, incentives, revenue  for employee working in Parfois stores

    Your Skills and Experience

    • Well arrangement scheduled working in professional way to achieve requirements from brand
    • Minimum 5 years of Retail Management Experience
    • Extensive experience and ability to lead the delivery of high level customer service in a brand retailer
    • Retails Operations, budgeting, planning, customer service and people leadership skills
    • Proficient in Computer Programs
