Mô tả công việc
- Assist in developing and executing employer branding initiatives that align with the company’s values and culture
- Create compelling content that showcases our employer brand across various channels, including social media, careers page, and job descriptions
- Collaborate with TA, IC to Support large and small events related to recruitment
- Monitor and analyze our employer brand metrics and assist in adjusting strategies accordingly
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in employer branding and recruitment marketing
- Other related tasks assigned by line manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources or a related field
- Strong interest in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or related field
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Ability to Content and Aesthetic Thinking
- Good use of design software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Passion for creating an exceptional candidate experience and attracting top talent to our organization
