Job Description
- Support the daily operations of E-commerce orders to ensure smooth order processing.
- Monitor and follow up on order packing with Stores and Warehouses.
- Assist in handling order-related requests, including order cancellations, returns, and customer refunds.
- Coordinate with the Customer Service team to resolve customer service tickets.
- Support administrative tasks, documentation, and other duties assigned by the leader.
Your Skills and Experience
- Preferred candidates are final-year student or Fresh Graduate in Business, IT, Economics, or Marketing.
- Minimum GPA of 7/10 or 2.8/4.0.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data cleaning/pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of visual storytelling and what constitutes “premium” fashion content.
- Availability for full-time employment for a duration of 6 months.
- Responsible with deadlines.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn about digital platforms and media operations.
- Proven attention to detail and follow-through.
